How to Self Custody FIFA collect with pera wallet.

FIFA+Collect understands the significance of self-custody, which is why they have integrated with Pera Wallet, a non-custodial wallet that ensures you are the sole manager of your FIFA collectibles. You will be guided through the process of creating a Pera wallet, transfering your collections to it and making sure that they are safely imported back onto FIFA+Collect if you wish.

Setting Up A Wallet (Pera Wallet) :

To begin, Pera Wallet’s a non=custodial wallet, ensuring only you have complete control over your assets. This control is secured via a 25-word mnemonic phrase. which serves as the master key to your wallet. Never share this key or store it insecurely. A paper record of this key is strongly recommended, as digital entries run the risk of exposure. Access the wallet through the web (http://perawallet.app) or mobile versions, available for both iOS and Android devices.

Using a Nano Ledger with Pera Wallet:

For enhanced security, Pera Wallet supports a Nano Ledger, a hardware device that securely stores your digital assets. To transfer assets, connect the Nano Ledger to your computer or mobile device via USB.

 Creating a New Account:

To create a new account on the Pera Web Wallet, set up a passcode to unlock your wallet within FIFA+Collect. Name your account and note down the 25-word mnemonic passphrase for your master key. Keep this key safe and secure. With these steps completed, your account is ready for use.

Funding Your Wallet :

to conduct a transaction, Make sure you have a minimum of ALGO in your wallet, the native FIFA+Collect token. You can fund your wallet by converting fiat currency into ALGO through a central exchange and transferring it to your FIFA+Collect wallet. Maintain at least 1 ALGO in your wallet to avoid transaction failures.
